At Center of Strength, we use an individualized approach to assess and treat your symptoms to get you a plan that actually gets you feeling and moving your best.
Your follow up sessions will allow you to check in with your Doctor of Physical Therapy to continue managing your symptoms and progressing your plan to meet your goals.
This is a 5 week series class that works on progressively strengthening our pelvic floor, core, and posture muscles affected by pregnancy and postpartum. Class is held twice a week and babies are welcome!
